• This morning President Trump posted on social media that “a whole civilization will die tonight” in reference to Iran if his ultimatum expires without a deal, the threat is tied to his demand that Iran reopen the Strait of Hormuz and accept terms by tonight at 8pm ET…later on Pakistan requested Trump extend the deadline for two weeks as talks are now moving in the right direction and this evening Trump responded by agreeing to delay attacks on Iran for two weeks in exchange for Iran opening the Strait of Hormuz as broader peace talks continue

• Georgia’s 14th District runoff election is tonight between Republican Clay Fuller and Democrat Shawn Harris to fill Marjorie Taylor Greene’s vacant U.S. House seat

• American journalist, Shelly Kittleson, who was kidnapped in Baghdad by the Iraqi militia Hezbollah, has been freed after about a week in captivity…Iraqi officials say her release was secured in exchange for several detained Hezbollah members

• Fox News has struck a deal with prediction market platform Kalshi to integrate Kalshi’s event-forecast data and branding into Fox News, Fox Business, Fox Weather, and other Fox properties, including on-air segments and digital products

• Bill Ackman’s Pershing Square Capital has launched a roughly $64 billion cash-and-stock acquisition bid for Universal Music Group

• Delta is raising its checked bag fees, increasing the first checked bag by $10 to $45 and the second bag to $55, following similar hikes by United and JetBlue amid rising fuel costs
