• Gallup's new data showed U.S. worker thriving has hit a record low at 46%, with more employees struggling (49%) than thriving for the first time amid plummeting worker engagement…job market confidence has also collapsed to where only 28% of people view this as a good time to find quality jobs (down from 70% in 2022)

• Multiple outlets have reported that Iran received U.S. proposals to end the war via mediators, which are currently under review and Axios later in the day said that potential high-level peace talks could begin as early as Thursday…read more here
