• The House Oversight Committee has issued subpoenas for former President Bill Clinton, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, and several former top Justice Department and FBI officials to provide testimony and documents related to the Jeffrey Epstein sex trafficking investigation…the committee has also subpoenaed the Justice Department for files and communications about the case

• The White House is reportedly drafting an executive order that would penalize banks for dropping customers based on their political beliefs…the order would direct regulators to investigate banks for potential violations of laws like the Equal Credit Opportunity Act and could impose penalties on institutions that have been found to discriminate against conservative clients or cryptocurrency firms…read more here

• President Trump announced that he has narrowed the list for the next Federal Reserve Chair to four candidates but confirmed that Treasury Secretary, Scott Bessent, has declined to be considered, preferring to stay in his current role

• NASA is planning to build a nuclear reactor on the Moon by 2030 to provide reliable power for extended lunar missions…this effort aims to maintain U.S. leadership in space and prevent China and Russia from dominating space exploration
