• The U.S. Senate in a 51-50 vote passed President Trump's "Big, Beautiful Bill", it now returns to the House of Representatives for a vote before it can get signed into law

• Federal judge from Rhode Island, Melissa DuBose, has halted the Trump administration’s mass layoffs and restructuring plans at the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), ruling that the actions exceeded executive authority

• The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) officially shut down today with its remaining operations and a small fraction of its staff absorbed by the State Department

• Lululemon has filed a lawsuit against Costco, accusing the wholesale retailer of selling "knockoff" versions of its popular athleisure products through Costco’s Kirkland private label and other brands

• The English Premier League has partnered with Microsoft for five years to modernize its digital platforms using Microsoft’s cloud and AI technology, this deal will bring new AI-powered fan features, enhanced live broadcasts, and improved digital experiences for fans worldwide

• The JOLTS job openings report released today showed that U.S. job openings increased to 7.76 million in May, above the expectations of 7.32 million and up from 7.39 million in April

• Israel has agreed to the conditions on a 60-day ceasefire in Gaza, according to statements from President Trump, but it needs Hamas's acceptance to move forward
