The Supreme Court, in a 6-3 decision, upheld Tennesseeās law banning gender-affirming care/transgender surgeries for minors, rejecting arguments that the law violates the Constitutionās equal protection clauseā¦this means states are allowed to ban medical treatments that help minors transition
