In CNBC’s 2025 Top States for Business, North Carolina came in at 1st place recognized for its strong workforce and robust economy, Massachusetts is the most improved state jumping 18 spots to 20th overall, while Alaska ranks as the worst state for business this year…the rankings are based on 135 metrics across 10 categories…read more above
U.S. Secretary of State Rubio met with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov on in Malaysia, during the ASEAN Regional Forum…the meeting focused on the ongoing war in Ukraine, with Rubio conveying President Trump’s “disappointment and frustration” at the lack of progress toward peace and acknowledging that talks between Moscow and Kyiv have stalled, both sides discussed exchanging new ideas for Ukraine peace talks
