  • The Justice Department released thousands of Epstein files including investigative documents, evidence lists, flight logs, communications, with a lot also being redacted…not all materials were disclosed due to more required redactions for victim identities, medical files, and ongoing investigations the government said, with officials stating more files would follow over the coming weeks amid bipartisan criticism for the delay…view the newly release information here 

  • President Trump announced nine new agreements with major pharmaceutical companies, including Amgen, Bristol Myers Squibb, Roche’s Genentech, Gilead, GSK, Merck, Novartis, Sanofi, and Boehringer Ingelheim, to lower U.S. drug prices via most-favored-nation pricing aligned with other nations, deep TrumpRx discounts, and tariff exemptions tied to domestic investments

  • The Pentagon failed its annual financial audit for the eighth consecutive year

  • Congresswoman Elise Stefanik (R-NY) announced she will not be seeking re-election and has also dropped out of race for New York Governor and Senator Cynthia Lummis (R-WY) also announced that she will not seek re-election in 2026 after one term

  • The Supreme Court of Delaware ruled that Elon Musk's $56 billion 2018 pay package must be reinstated…read more here 

  • The Senate has confirmed Michael Selig as Chairman of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) in a 53-43 vote

  • Milwaukee County Judge, Hannah Dugan, was found guilty of a felony count of obstructing or impeding a federal proceeding, but acquitted on a separate misdemeanor count of concealing an individual to prevent his arrest…the case stems from an April courthouse incident involving a man sought by ICE agents and Dugan helping him to escape, she now faces potential fines and a possible prison term at sentencing

  • U.S. existing home sales rose 0.5% in November from October to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 4.13 million units, marking the third straight increase and the highest in nine months

  • The price of silver hit an all-time high of $67 an ounce

  • DOW up .38% / S&P up .88%

  • EU leaders have agreed an interest-free loan of about $106 billion for Ukraine to cover military and budget needs in 2026–27
