• Klarna (the buy now pay later app) reported that its U.S. sales from November 1st through Black Friday were up about 45% year over year, reflecting very strong growth in Buy Now, Pay Later use during the 2025 holiday kickoff period

• Shopify experienced a significant outage which impacted site administration, storefront performance, image uploads, checkout processes, and payment transactions for many merchants…this disruption led to delays and operational problems for sellers relying on Shopify's platform during this Cyber Monday
