  • The Trump administration has released over 230,000 pages of documents related to the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. despite his family members’ opposition…the newly released files, which feature FBI investigative memos, CIA intelligence reports, and correspondence related to James Earl Ray(the man convicted of killing MLK) have been published online with minimal redactions

  • A Delta regional jet narrowly avoided a mid-air collision with a U.S. Air Force B-52 bomber near Minot, North Dakota, when the pilot executed a sharp and "aggressive maneuver" after unexpectedly spotting the military plane on a converging path

  • Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell has been referred to the Department of Justice for potential criminal charges by House of Representatives member, Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL), who has accused him of perjury (lying under oath) related to his testimony about the $2.5 billion renovation of the Federal Reserve’s headquarters

  • Hundreds of current and former NASA employees, including astronauts and scientists, have signed a formal letter protesting the Trump administration's proposed budget and workforce cuts to NASA…read more here

  • Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, has said that newly declassified documents show that top officials from the Obama administration tried to undermine the 2016 election results by using biased intelligence about Russian interference…Gabbard called it a “treasonous conspiracy” and has sent the documents to the Justice Department asking for a criminal investigation, despite Democrats strongly denying the claims and insist that the original intelligence reports about Russia were accurate

  • The FDA has appointed George Tidmarsh, a longtime biotech executive and professor at Stanford University, as the new director of its Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER), making him the agency’s top drug regulator

  • Trump Media & Technology Group announced it has acquired approximately $2 billion in bitcoin and bitcoin-related securities as part of its previously disclosed plan to become a bitcoin treasury company

  • Pepsi has introduced Pepsi Prebiotic Cola, its first-ever prebiotic soda…the new drink will be available in Original Cola and Cherry Vanilla flavors

  • Subway has named Jonathan Fitzpatrick as its new CEO, Fitzpatrick is a former executive at Burger King and most recently president and CEO of Driven Brands

  • LinkedIn is now processing an average of 11,000 job applications per minute, a 45% increase compared to last year…this surge is largely driven by job seekers using AI tools to quickly complete and submit applications

  • DOW down .04% / S&P up .14%

  • The S&P 500 closed at a record high today

  • Russia launched one of its largest aerial assaults on Ukraine to date, firing hundreds of drones and missiles that struck Kyiv and other cities, killing at least two people and injuring over a dozen more…the attacks occurred just hours before high-level Western meetings on military aid for Ukraine
