• Senator Jon Husted (R-OH) accepted $116,892 in campaign contributions from Les Wexner, the billionaire founder of L Brands (Victoria's Secret parent) and Jeffrey Epstein co-conspirator spanning from 2001 to 2025, including a $3,500 donation on July 3rd, 2025 just two months before Husted voted against a bipartisan Senate amendment to direct the Attorney General to release Epstein-related documents

• ICE plans to spend $38.3 billion of its $45 billion budget to convert warehouses into a network of 8 detention centers (7,000–10,000 capacity each), 16 processing sites (1,000–1,500 each), and take over 10 existing facilities to hold immigrants awaiting deportation

• Wendy's announced they plan to close 5-6% of its nearly 6,000 U.S. restaurants which would be about 300-360 locations by mid-2026

• January CPI inflation came in at 2.4% year over year, below expectations of 2.5%…Core CPI inflation came in at 2.5% year over year, in-line with expectations

• DOW up .10% / S&P up .05%
