What happened today 🇺🇸,

• The latest batch of Jeffrey Epstein files released by Democrats on the House Oversight Committee revealed mentions of Elon Musk, Peter Thiel, Steve Bannon, and Bill Gates showing scheduled meetings and possible trips with Epstein between 2014 and 2019…worth noting that the files do not link any of those men to crimes just that they had been in touch with Epstein during his final years alive

• President Trump is reportedly considering requiring semiconductor companies to manufacture domestically the same number of chips as their customers import from overseas, with failure to meet this 1:1 production ratio resulting in hefty tariffs on imported chips…this strategy aims to boost U.S. chip manufacturing and reduce foreign dependence

• Former FBI Director, James Comey, has been officially indicted on two felony counts the first being making false statements to Congress and the second obstruction of a congressional proceeding

• Superintendent of Des Moines Public Schools, Dr. Ian Andre Roberts, was arrested today by ICE as an illegal immigrant from Guyana and an active ICE fugitive with a deportation order since May 2024

• The SEC and FINRA are conducting an investigation into suspicious stock trading activity in over 200 publicly traded companies that announced plans for crypto treasury investments in 2025…Regulators have identified unusual trading patterns, such as abnormally high trading volumes and sharp stock price increases, occurring in the days or weeks just before these companies publicly disclosed their intentions to acquire cryptocurrencies for their corporate treasuries

• Sinclair Broadcast Group announced that it will resume airing "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" on its ABC affiliate stations starting tonight, September 26th, ending its preemption of the show

• The videogame maker, Electronic Arts (EA), is reportedly nearing a $50 billion deal to go private, the deal might be announced as early as next week

• August PCE inflation, the Fed's preferred inflation measure, came in at 2.7% year over year which was in-line with expectations, Core PCE inflation was 2.9% year over year also in-line with expectations

• The total value of U.S. residential real estate has reached a record $55.1 trillion, marking a $20 trillion increase since 2020

• DOW up .65% / S&P up .59%

• During a meeting on Tuesday, Ukrainian President Zelensky directly asked President Trump to provide Ukraine with U.S.-made Tomahawk cruise missiles, so that Ukraine would be able to strike targets as far as Moscow, aiming to pressure Russian President Putin into peace

• Microsoft has stopped providing certain cloud and AI services to the Israeli military after an internal review found evidence supporting reports that the Israeli military used Microsoft’s Azure platform to conduct mass surveillance of Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank
