• Ukrainian President Zelenskyy met with President Trump, VP Vance, and other officials at the White House today in what turned out to be a very heated and contentious meeting. • OpenAI has released ChatGPT-4.5 which will only be available first to developers and those with ChatGPT Pro subscriptions, which cost $200 per month. This new model will feel like talking to a thoughtful person and is best for “tasks like writing, programming, and solving practical problems."

• President Trump will sign an executive order to make English the official language of the U.S.

• U.S. intelligence indicates that Russia and China are attempting to recruit federal employees fired by the Trump administration, per CNN

• Today was the ‘Economic Blackout’ organized by The People’s Union USA which was a 24-hour boycott asking consumers to not shop at Amazon, Walmart, and all other major retailers and fast-food companies the whole day to protest corporate greed and DEI rollbacks

• Meta is planning to release standalone Meta AI app in effort to compete with OpenAI's ChatGPT and it could help the company reach people who don’t already use their platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp

• Microsoft announces that they will be officially shutting down Skype on May 5th, which was launched 21 years ago

• 16% of Americans say investing more is their top financial goal in 2025, per Bankrate

• January PCE inflation, the Fed's preferred inflation measure, comes in at 2.5% year over year and .3% month over month both were expected

• DOW up 1.39% / S&P up 1.59%

• Israel and Hamas have officially begun negotiating the second phase of the ceasefire agreement

• Pope Francis suffered a sudden episode of respiratory difficulty and was put on a non-invasive ventilation and was responding well
