President Trump announced that U.S. forces carried out airstrikes on ISIS targets in northwestern Nigeria on Christmas, saying the militants had been “viciously killing” Christians and warning of more strikes if the attacks continue…U.S. Africa Command and other officials say the operation, conducted in coordination with the Nigerian government, hit ISIS camps and killed multiple militants
President Trump is expected to host Ukrainian President Zelensky at Mar-a-Lago on Sunday for continued talks on a U.S.-backed peace plan to end the war between Ukraine and Russia
A federal judge has temporarily blocked the Trump administration from detaining Imran Ahmed, who is a British “anti-disinformation activist”, the CEO of the Center for Countering Digital Hate, and a U.S. permanent resident, after the U.S. government moved to revoke his visa and potentially deport him over alleged “censorship” of American speech
