  • NBC reported today that former President Biden and his wife Jill want to get involved in politics again to help the Democratic party fundraise and campaign in order to rebuild…Biden met with the Democratic National Committee chairman, Ken Martin, offering to help but many inside the party think it’s time for a new voice

  • President Trump has awarded Boeing with a contract worth more than $20 billion to build the next-gen fighter jet called the F-47 for the U.S. Air Force

  • Columbia University has agreed to a list of demands and policy changes by the Trump administration in order to restore the $400 million in federal funding that was taken away from them earlier this month

  • The United Arab Emirates has pledged a $1.4 trillion investment in the U.S. over the course of the next 10 years focusing on AI, semiconductors, energy, and manufacturing

  • Apple is losing more than $1 billion a year on its streaming service, Apple TV+, despite having 45 million subscribers…this makes Apple TV+ the only service in Apple’s portfolio that isn’t profitable

  • The U.S. will import millions of eggs from South Korea and Turkey in order to help increase the supply and keep prices down

  • Johnson & Johnson has announced they will invest over $55 billion over the next four years to build three new facilities and expand existing ones to increase their manufacturing in the U.S.

  • The unemployment rate for Americans age 55 and older was just 3% as of January, compared to 4% for all workers, per Business Insider

  • DOW up .08% / S&P up .08%

  • Germany and Britain have issued warnings about traveling to the U.S. amid the tighter immigration regulations that have been implemented under the Trump Administration

  • European military powers are working on a 5-10 year plan to replace the U.S in NATO and take on greater responsibilities for Europe’s defense

  • Britain's busiest airport, Heathrow Airport, was shut down for part of the day after a huge fire at a nearby electrical substation caused a power outage at the airport…the airport later in the afternoon began slowly resuming flights and hope to be fully running again tomorrow
