• Milwaukee County judge, Hannah Dugan, has been arrested by the FBI after she allegedly helped an illegal immigrant evade arrest

• Luigi Mangione, the 26-year-old accused of murdering the UnitedHealthcare CEO, has pleaded not guilty to all federal charges against him in the case

• President Trump said he would sign legislation into law that would ban members of Congress from stock trading… however, no such bill has reached his desk yet and while the proposal has some bipartisan support, it needs to pass both chambers of Congress

• Slate Auto, a new American EV startup backed by Jeff Bezos, has just unveiled its first vehicle which is an affordable and highly customizable electric pickup truck…the first vehicles will available to customers for under $20,000 by the end of 2026

• Apple plans to shift the majority of iPhone production for the U.S. market from China to India by 2026, aiming to assemble over 60 million iPhones annually in India to avoid tariffs and reduce reliance on Chinese manufacturing
