• Many of Trump’s cabinet nominees and appointees have been targeted with bomb threats and ‘swatting’, these incidents occurred on Tuesday night and Wednesday morning and are being investigated

• Trump picks Stanford physician, Dr. Jay Bhattacharya, to head the N.I.H and retired General, Keith Kellogg, for Ukraine envoy role

• Ohio governor, Mike DeWine, signs 'bathroom bill' into law, restricting students from using opposite-sex restrooms and locker rooms

• China has released three Americans in a prisoner swap, these Americans have been jailed in China for years and the U.S. said they were wrongfully detained

• October PCE inflation, the Fed's preferred inflation measure, comes in at 2.3% year over year, in-line with expectations, Core PCE inflation comes in at 2.8% year over year also in-line with expectations

• The U.S. economy grew at a 2.8% pace in the third quarter

• DOW down .31% /S&P down .38%

• Microsoft is being investigated by the Federal Trade Commission in a wide-ranging antitrust probe
